In all seriousness , I worked for 6 years in an inpatient, geriatric psych unit and had to subdue combative patients with dementia on a regular basis.

I never used a taser, bean bag shotgun or anything like that.

I'd put on rubber gloves, a long sleeved shirt and use two female nurses. One nurse to hold the legs while I had them up top and another to give the injection.

No SWAT needed.

You never felt so threatened by a 95 year old man that you were forced to blast him with a bean bag out of a shotgun?
