Okay--I'll say it. Billy Kilmer wasn't horrible either. He had very good years in 1968 and 1969. He actually went 5-3 in the last 8 games in 1969. He and Abramowicz were a good combo. They just didn't have anything else.
Then J.D. Roberts showed halfway through 1970 and the wheels fell off.

I'm really happy there isn't much talk of Aaron Brooks so far.
Steve Walsh was really bad. The Billy Joes are like 1a and 1b.

Jeff Blake is the most underrated Saints QB in history. I think our franchise fate changed when he became a Saint!
