We stopped feeding ours in the night by 9 months. If he woke up he cried himself to sleep 9/10 times. We turned the monitor off a few times and set an alarm. I can only count a few times he wouldn't go back to sleep and my wife slept in a chair with him. Feeding them during the night isn't helping them at this point.
