Bedtime routine.
8pm: Kids go to bed
8:30pm: TV goes to classical music, phones/computers/devices go off. Wife and I read, perhaps with tea or a single glass of wine.
In bed by 9:30.
That hour really sets me up for better sleep and has really reduced stress.
One other thing, setting a Sunday "curfew" where we have to be at home, relaxing (not doing chores) by 3pm. It's too easy to get caught up doing weekend chores or caught up running around town for fun - and you end up just tired by the end of your Sunday.

Just wanted to add that I got some bright arse fluorescent lightbulbs for my room and if you're a student, DO THIS. Makes it so much easier to work, both for your eyes and mentally.
