Google Play.
I used to have Rhapsody, which is really good, but Google was cheaper, I like the Google ecosystem since I'm an android user, and the Google music app has improved by leaps and bounds over the last year or so. It's one monthly fee and I can also download music to my phone/tablet and listen offline.
edt: It also allows you to make playlists and it's got an expanding selection of radio stations to choose from.

I've been using Slacker for quite a while, and I like it, but I'm probably gonna check out Google music to see what the hype is all about.

Spotify is $5/month for me. Can't beat that.
