fricking Yes!!! I hate to generalize, but I just recently finished 2 road trips that totaled close to 1,000 miles. 95% of the time when I ended up getting jammed up in the left lane, it was a woman, but a non white woman.

I've thought about this a bit lately, as left-lane slow pokes aggravate me more than just about anything on Earth. My theory is that most of these drivers, especially the younger ones, don't have parents teaching them the rules of the road. My dad taught me to drive before I was 16, and not just how to put it in drive and park, but the nuances of the road.
I think a lot of kids today just go to their mandatory driving "school" and probably frick around on their phones the entire time. If they don't have parents at home that are trying to teach them how to drive like a normal person, chances are they'll just know the bare minimum and drive like dumbasses.
