Neither LeBlanc's or Harvest has it. They have something close, but more of a french bread.

I am looking for the bread that crunches when you tear it in half

Bet-R, Matherne's, Calandro's, Calvins's.

All of them will have at least Poupart and Reising.

Hell, Wal-Mart probably would too

Leblanc's carries it. I've purchased it at the Hwy 42 location and the new one on Airline. I forget if it is Reisings or Leidenheimer, but they carry one of them. On Hwy 42 Leblanc's it is in the very front near the deli and cooked pizza section. At the Airline spot it was closer to the produce if I remember correctly.

Ralphs also carries it.
