I'm not sure on I-12 past Walker, let me do a little research.
@Croacka, you're right that part of Airline is the worst. Frontage roads would be great there. Rush hour commuters in Prairieville would appreciate upgrading Airline to 6 lanes with frontage roads.

This will be great but cant help but wonder what kind of cluster frick this would be for years while the fixed the roads. We all know 73 is going smoothly...
