I heard there's a study that a daily mixture of a healthy diet and moderate exercise results in a person most likely being healthy. Sorry, no link.

This.

Its not hard. Balance diet. Moderation. Exercise. You will be healthy. Yes, if you have a specific goal in mind, then no carbs or no meat or no sugar may satisfy yourgoal in the short term. But a balanced diet in moderation with regular exercise is all you need.
