These are not in any order:

LSU- a ton of fun, but his parents will always be looking over his shoulder and breathing down his neck. Go CM and Frat hard en route to a great job

TCU- hot rich girls, expensive, Ft. Worth's not a bad place to be and you can do worse than the Big 12

Tulane- expensive, less hot girls, but living in one of the most fun neighborhoods in the most fun city in the country to be a college student. Athletics suck, but they're getting a new football stadium. If they decide to sell beer there like they do in the dome, it could be fun.

SMU- see TCU, but in Dallas with Tulane athletics

Tennessee- it's LSU out of state. It has all of the benefits of a large school without the drawbacks of Baton Rouge (your parents, rampant crime, shitty traffic, your parents). However, you won't likely have a group of friends you already know there, you won't be able to get decent po'boys, and it gets colder there in the winter. However, not a bad choice, but not that much better of a school to rationalize paying out of state tuition in my opinion.

Outside of baseball, SMU has a much better athletic department than Tulane.

No offense to UT (I think it's a beautiful campus and area of the country), but how are they on that list? Seems like a mixture of LA and East TX schools, so Tennessee strikes me as a bit of an outlier in that regard. Just curious, does he have friends going there or did his parents go there?
