Never worn BB before, but if their slim fit is like other brands, only skinny guys with zero muscle can wear them.

Their slim fit is like most brands regular fit. They have a super slim or some crap that is like most other brands slim fit.

slim fit is for muscular guys w/ thin waists. They have a slimmer fit for the skinny guys.

They're not like that. BB Regular Fit is for the fattest SOB in the world - or your average 60 year old New Orleans lawyer. BB Slim Fit is equivalent to a normal regular shirt. I wear BB Extra Slim Fit and even those aren't too skinny.

For a first batch of nice shirts you can't go wrong with BB non-iron in whatever fit works best. Down the road you can move up the ladder to Eton, Gitman Bros, Kamakura and all the rest.

They call it tailored fit, I think. I picked up a few white ones for like $5 each when they had a sale.
