It doesn't matter if he outranks me, and I don't want any disciplinary action to happen. But you are supposed to be shamed if you get caught masturbating at work. Btw, I wasn't trying to catch him, I went in to use the urinal and I heard the moans of some whore coming from the stall via an iPhone speaker! But I guess that makes me gay
