Vincent's is average, imo. Typical N.O. red gravy Italian. Not horrible.
Impastato's is good for maybe a couple of dishes if Mr. Joe is available to serve you the pasta table side.
Honest to God, Bravo is as good as anything I can think of in Metairie.
Ristorante da Piero in Kennabrah is better than any of the above, imo.

I should add, since it has not been mentioned, that Impastato's is one of the 10 most romantic restaurants in New Orleans.
