Was sitting at lunch at work with coworkers while CNN was on. One made the comment about cnn fixating on flight 370 while Putin is taking over a country. Another commented on how he could do this with such a weak president.

What is her suggestion? Be conservative. Hate Obama if you must. But certainly NOBODY wants American "boots on the ground" in the Ukraine? Is there a scenario possible where a US soldier fires on a Russian soldier that could not escalate to.....? Measures I don't even want to consider?

Who possibly gives enough of a f#%k about the Ukraine and Crimea to get into a war or confrontation of any kind with Russia.

I know this board is very right leaning. I just can't see anyone that far right. So tell me opinions, call me a puss, call Obama a Kenyan. Go!!

People can't think rational when it comes to the glaring hate for Obama.
I know several people who are looking at Putin as some kind of hero because he is "supposedly" beating Obama.

Obama is doing exactly what I would want he or any other president to do. Stay the fck out of that mess.

You would need to get up and start this thread several hours prior to 9:32am to accomplish this goal, fwiw.

Ok I'll bite. I'm a conservative, but don't think we should put "boots on the ground" over this. At this point. My question for you is what if Putin did not stop with Ukraine, but invaded a former Soviet Republic state that is now part of NATO? Would you consider going to war over that? We would be required to you know as part of NATO. Same if China invaded Japanese islands, we would be required to based upon treaties signed.

This is the time to catch us conservatives before our 1st cup of coffee, even on Sunday mornings. We were taught long ago that the early bird catches the worm. We're not a bunch of lazy arse bums who need Daddy government to take care of us or our families . Yes America should just leave Putin alone, nothing bad can come of that. He will continue to take more of the Ukraine under the guise that Ethic Russians there are being punished. But you boys who are scared of war with Russia, have no fear, the limp waisted ,weak arse President that we have would never have the Bravery needed for that kinda leadership. And Putin ,along with many other leaders know this.but hey, none of that could hurt America ,right?
