When Louisianians ask why their state is a laughingstock as a corrupt state, it's because we don't tar and feather our corrupt politicians, even the ones who actually get convicted in a court of law and serve prison time. And because of that, these pieces of shite think they can actually get back into an elected office again. It's absolutely crazy the chokehold this POS has on LA's citizens in terms of likability. It's like Stockholm syndrome or battered wife syndorme. He needs to be treated like Bernie Madoff in LA.
