I haven't seen the show. How is it an atheist rant? do they bring up religion?

I dunno, when I was a little kid I was interested in space and whatnot but now it seems like a waste of resources and talent, other than the satellite business.

To be honest I did not see it as bashing religion at all.
Then again, I've never really understood why some segments of "religious" people are so threatened by concepts like evolution and, before that, a non earth-centered view of the universe.
Unless someone literally believes the 6,000 year thing, I don't see evolution as threatening religious beliefs. Nor do I see how a non earth centered view of things did.
