He clearly said "it isn't property owners".

It isn't far fetched to think that if you don't own your own transportation that you probably don't own property either.

Buses are always empty, all they do is create more traffic. They should stay within the city limits.

So what are you complaining about again? That you're paying for something others use but you don't? (Which you're not paying for unless you own property inside the city limits.) That people ("from N. Baton Rouge") are using the bus to get to your part of town?

I hate CATS because I think it's run incredibly inefficiently, but part of the reason for the new bus routes is to make it easier to get to Women's Hospital from other parts of the city. So no, I'm not opposed to the new routes if it means better prenatal care for babies who are going to be born to a crappy family. I guess that makes me a hippy liberal...
