Don't listen to these cats. My father has had registered Brangus cattle for the last 30 years and it provides him a nice supplemental income. Plus, you get the best grass feed beef ever.

if you go with sheep or goats make damn sure and get a livestock guardian dog. no matter how good your fence is, if a predator wants to get in they will. I just lost at least 1000 bucks worth of sheep because of some stupid stray dogs.

Is he cow/calf or a grower operation?
