Doesn't the X5 have run flats?

Ever had a run flat repaired or had to replace one? They are stupid expensive to deal with when you can have a spare tire. Australia has a really good looking rear mounted tire holder for the X5.

You can't get one in the states though.

I've had run flats for years, they are standard on most Corvette's.

I much prefer them on wife's and daughter's vehicles. Never have to worry about them being stranded.

They aren't that much more than regular tires. They have drawbacks, but none have to do with cost.
