Im not talking about a vehicle that is working at the time, or even near a construction zone.

AND what the hell is up with putting on the emergency flashers when it is raining? Did some retarded driving school start this or what?

Just because you have your flashers on during the rain doesn't mean you can drive 25 on the interstate. If things are that bad for you, get off the road.

Just because there's no construction in the area doesn't mean it's not a construction zone.
