Is the problem area the construction zone or did this happen in a random location?

Also, putting on your flashers does not give you the right to park wherever the frick you please, including the middle of a busy road.

It's a requirement by the dept of transportation to have them equipped on your vehicle if your truck is used for road construction. It IS for everyone's safety that your pea brain notices his vehicle for that person may stop and go more than normal. Post some more while driving in a construction zone will you.

Im not talking about a vehicle that is working at the time, or even near a construction zone.

They could be surveying or checking stations for a future project.

AND what the hell is up with putting on the emergency flashers when it is raining? Did some retarded driving school start this or what?
Just because you have your flashers on during the rain doesn't mean you can drive 25 on the interstate. If things are that bad for you, get off the road.

Just because there's no construction in the area doesn't mean it's not a construction zone.

I have em on my truck, wanna fight?
I have several crews doing utility work in the ROW daily and have almost been run over by idiots like you that would rather text his boyfriend instead of drive his car. Since I installed my strobes, not one close call. I occasionally forget to turn them off when I leave a jobsite, sue me.

Nothig wrong with that statement. I could be surveying an area for upcoming construction work. So there would be no construction but to me and my crew it is a construction zone.
I have also passed many places along the road with construction signs up but not 1 piece if equipment and seen tickets being issued for exceeding the work zone speed limit.

Wrong,
if you see flashing yellow lights, then someone in an official capacity is required by law to have them on for safety purposes. Unless you know the MUTCO manual, please contain your rants here on TD and not IRL.

I wonder how often they use sirens when it isn't an emergency
