Don't want to offend anyone, but will Central's market support this? I'd think 10 at tops, then a decent small inventory bottle selection on the chance you get some mavens passing through. I could see a bunch of kegs sitting around getting stale.

30 seems like a ton.
You could be sitting on some old craft beer in no time. I'd rather a fresh BMC over a stale craft.
