First, Scooter Libby did nothing wrong. He was convicted on BAD EVIDENCE, i.e., Tim Russert claimed he said something that he didn't say. Russert had been proven to be a liar in an earlier case where he misrepresented what someone else had told him and the judge wouldn't let that evidence in. So, solely on what Tim Russert "remembered" Scooter Libby was convicted of telling investigators something that Tim Russert claimed differently.

He wasn't convicted -- OR EVEN CHARGED -- with "outing" Valerie Plame ... that was a f'ing joke.


SECOND, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, SCOOTER LIBBY WASN'T PARDONED YOU LYING LITTLE WEASEL.
