Why is this still headlining CNN? I'm having trouble understanding how this is still news.

They're about to locate the wreckage, probably within a few days to a week at most. That's pretty remarkable, don't you think?

Because they are ashamed of what is occurring within the Obama administration, the same administration they forced down the throats of the American people.

A lot of Fox's primetime programming (O'Reilly, Kelly File) beats the shite out CNN's primetime coverage, but their non-stop coverage of MH370 has bridged the ratings gap somewhat. Fox gives it minimal coverage because their audience is older and more concerned with the economy, foreign policy, healthcare, etc. while CNN's younger audience eats up the human interest stories. Don Lemon's show is basically a goofy-arse, watered down "news" show that talks nothing but human interest pieces and constantly features moronic tweets from idiot viewers to gain more interest.

I'm not a big CNN guy, but I really do love listening to the panel of experts they bring in and am admittedly engrossed by this story. The pilots, oceanographers, satellite experts, etc. bring a lot of good info to the story that has turned me into a novice instead of a complete ignoramus in those fields. Obviously the story is tragic, but it's fascinating seeing everything that's happening to find this plane. On one hand I'm surprised at the incompetence and inability to find a Boeing 777 in 2014, but on the other I find it remarkable that they've been able to pinpoint where this plane most likely is without any hard, tangible evidence of where it went.
