This. It's true the patron should have been more responsible but it's bad business to do that. It's also illegal in Vegas for a casino to continue to serve someone visibly intoxicated.

Then again, there's lowlife all around this story. The guy was 52 and getting blackout drunk in a casino? A downtown casino at that? Definitely NF.
