I keep seeing the words "red light ticket" or "right on red" tickets. I can see how these would stick. The video shows the infraction.

Speeding is a whole different ballgame.

Either way, I don't recommend totally ignoring them, but got thru the process of asking them to validate the debt.....it cannot be done.

Also, if you say it isn't you driving, they must prove differently....screw that bs about "making" you tell them who was....they cannot do that either. It's THEIR responsibility to prove guilt and they cannot "make" you speak on someones identity.
