Looking for a package to log and track sales leads/calls, financials, win probability, expected close dates ets. A full robust sales tracking tool.

Salesforce
It is a cult though
Zoho's CRM isn't bad, and it is significantly cheaper than Salesforce.

Yes, but it was about 10 years ago (off the shelf package - cheap), before all of the cloud stuff became available. I don't really have anything to compare to.
I have heard salesforce.com is good, which quite a few here have recommended.

SFDC is the absolute market leader, and is priced as such.
It destroys any COTS solution available now.

salesforce is great one, each have pluses and minuses. Surprised no one has mentioned ACT

I did not like salesforce.com when we first moved to it. But really it was just a matter of being use to one thing and having to get use to something new. I like it now.

I barely remember what it even looked like. I figured it had gone away.

Salesforce as everyone else has already mentioned.
Also have experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
Personally, I prefer Salesforce but thought Microsoft Dynamics was definitely adequate. Not sure the cost differences between the two or what your actual needs are.

Thanks for all of the feedback! I'm going to see if I can get a Salesforce.com demo.
