I know the answer im just playing devils advocate.
This is why i think they dont have it yet. because most people that want watch espn on their chromecast, are just "stealing"/borrowing a friends subscription to watch at their house.
ETA: easy work around is to mirror ESPN3 from your laptop to your chromecast. why do you have to use your phone? again i know a ton of reasons you can say.
