Which is how tv will become a la cart eventually. However, because cable companies are the ones also providing internet access, they are still able to hold the consumer hostage. They just have to be more creative in their methods.

with ATT and Google getting in on it, this will change. I was pissed when Kansas City won the initial Google Fiber city over Baton Rouge. I cant wait for it.
