We got our arse kicked in South Vietnam and we still refused to go nuclear. Terrorists trained in and directed from Afghanistan killed over 3,000 Americans on our soil and we didn't use nuclear weapons in Afghanistan.

I guess "everyone in the world" knows it but you.
