The biggest difference I noticed when I switched to a Ford was the ride. I feel like I'm riding on a cloud. Smoothest riding truck I've ridden/drove. If you have a crew cab, the back seat space blows GM out the water.

I recently got into a 2013 XLT F150 after several ropes were pissed up for my business. I'm not completely satisfied with my purchase, but have zero complaints about the truck. Ford is head and shoulders above the competition these days, IMO.

The only reason I'm not completely satisfied is that I bought the truck on an impulse on a rainy day. I was 100% committed to buying a black truck. Turns out a few days later after the sun comes up, my new purchase is a Kodiak brown color. It glitters in the direct sunlight and displays "Look at me. I'm Tyrone Biggums" on a clear and sunny day. At night it looks like the inside of a cow. Clear days..... Not so much.

Dodge has the best ride out there imo. Not that close. My dads is 8 years old and rides better than any other truck I have ridden in, and I have ridden in everything.
