The thing lots of beginners don't understand about running is that you aren't really supposed to get winded.

Run at a pace where you can hold a conversation. Seriously. It's okay if your conversation involves more breathing than normal, but you should be able to at least exchange words with someone.

Yes, it's slow at first but after a year you'll be amazed at how fast you can go and chit-chat. Most running clubs are more social than anything else.

Isnt running better for weight loss than working out?

I've been working out for 30-40 mins a day and running for 20-30 mins a day after for 2 mths 5 days a week.

Ive lost 10 lbs from 220 to 210.
Im much stronger and tighter.
What else could i do to lose more weight besides diet?

Ps i have been eating what i want but smaller portions.
