Yea its essentially a waste of time unless you enjoy it. Lifting heavy compound movements burns more calories and will have a bigger effect on your quality of life.
Op if you are in decent shape and just want to continue to lose and dont want to do sprints, I would look into the greyskull lci program. If you wanna get an idea of what it is like you could look at it on scribd.

Body weight workouts are way better for you.
