the civ pro isn't different as much as teh test can be. any civ pro can be difficult if they focus on the wrong obscure shite

This. Historically, 60-80% of the questions were almost repeat questions (not word for word but hitting on the same Civ Pro article).

Word got out...it was turrible. There were multiple rumors that the pass rate for that test was right at 21%.
