She's definitely not. Not even close.

Since DCUO and EQ Landmark are both down for maintenance, time to do some Voice-watching...

The Live Top 10 Performance Show...

How long til someone uses that Rixton song in their blind audition? The beginning lends itself to a good platform for someone's voice, the chorus is crap though.

They are bringing in tons of guest coaches this season. I wonder what's behind that?

Kat Perkins singing "Landslide": That smile would be a lot more charming if she didn't have that stupid-arse lip-ring hanging off of it like a piece of silver-colored lettuce.

This is actually a good performance by Kat. I haven't been very impressed with her. She gets into the song, but she ends up shouting it out instead of singing it. She's like Bria but without the control. This song though is perfect for her, I actually liked it. Good job, Kat. She should make the cut with that performance.

Tess Boyer singing "Ain't It Fun": Going off the practice, I don't think this is going to be a good song for her. She will probably do well, but the song doesn't seem like one to generate lots of exciting moments.

NICE outfit She may have some fluff on her but her look at the start of the song was definitely smushable

She's doing a great job on the song, great tone, in the pocket and not a single tone out of place. I think she would do better with something more soulful though. Maybe something along "Rainy Night in Georgia"? Solid performance though.

Audra McLaughlin singing "You Lie": She gave me chills with her first couple of lines. She has the most classic country sound to hit that stage since... well... ever. Even if she makes it no farther than this I will guaran-damn-tee she gets a country contract. During her power moments at the end she had a couple of pitchy moments when pumping out those power notes, but I think she has a bright future ahead.

Josh Kaufman singing "This Is It": This should be a really good performance from him. He seemed to have some timing issues, but he's not missing a note. It's good to see him trying to move around the stage, he seemed to really open up and get into the song more once he did that. Really strong finish.

This is shaping up to be a tough competition.

Christina Grimmie singing "Hold On, We're Going Home": Her voice sounded hauntingly beautiful during the first practice clips. I love that they are changing this song up soooo much and that it sounds better than the original. DAMN at the power and range of this girl! She went fromo a Xtina growl to almost a Mariah high note. Unless she shits herself during this performance, she's definitely moving on.

Jake Worthington singing "Run": His practice sounded like shite. He seems like a legitimately good guy, so I hope he does well. I'm not really impressed with his beginning on this song and am hearing some pitch issues. It's not as bad as last week yet though. If he is going to do some George Strait, I think "All My Ex's Live in Texas" would have been a better choice. It's a more upbeat tune and has some good moments to show his range and ability. He finished well, but it was the least performance thus far tonight.

Bria Kelly singing "I'm With You": This could be a great choice for Bria or a shitty choice due to the difference in ranges. We all know Bria has great power but we also know her greatest weakness is singing softly. She has a very pronounced vibrato and that can lead to pitch issues.

I don't like how she's singing the word "life" in the first chorus. Outside of the real power moments, this wasn't her best performance (except for the very beginning and the very end). This may be the song that sends her home because it made realize the only thing weaker than quieting her tone is when she is singing only in the middle range.

I blame "Ush" for this. The way he's fiddling with his bracelets makes me think he realizes he screwed her with this pick. Seeing her cry, she knows this was it. :(

Delvin Choice singing "Bright Lights": I'm not thrilled by the intro. I keep expecting something great to happen, but as Adam said in the practice, it seems to be just laying there. Maybe he's thinking too much about being technically accurate? The only part that really made me take notice was the acapella part. It was good, really good, but I don't think that single moment within the song was enough to push him through to the next round.

Kristen Merlin singing "Let Her Go": I'm not sure this is a good song for her. The high parts where she's having to hold notes at the beginning seems to be a weak area for her voice. She was on-key but it just didn't sound good. It got better as the song went on, but was really only good during certain parts. It just wasn't a song she should have been singing. She might be "iffy" for moving on.

Sisaundra Lewis singing "Oh Sherrie": Hmmmm... I'm not sure I think this will work. I like that Blake is pushing her outside her normal genres but I have to wonder about the wisdom of this choice. "Shoulda been gone" was rocky, both times. She's nailing the "hold on" parts though, which is hella tough.

Is it just me or did she anyone else of a black Freddie Mercury when she came out of the crowd?

Good performance, but it's another of those times where I think the weakest part of the performance was the song choice itself.

Since all of SOE (Sony Online Entertainment) is still down for maintenance, I guess I am doing a two-fer...

I don't know if the viewing audience is ready to boot Jake yet, but after two sub-par performances I wouldn't blame them. My thoughts are the three performing to stay at the end of tonight will be Kristen Merlin, Jake Worthington & Bria Kelly (with Delvin Choice getting honorable mention in that group).

Pharrell Williams has a single hit and he's coming on The Voice as a coach?? I know he's had some experience before "Happy" but really? At least he has a good voice (which Cee-Lo lacked). Gwen though, she's definitely got the award creds and longevity to be there.

While the performance by Team "Ush" was solid, it doesn't really factor into anything (as far as I know).

Christina Grimmie is saved, and deservedly so as I think she had the best performance of the night. Team Blake gets to keep Sisaundra Lewis, I was hoping it was Audra McLaughlin though as I think she did a better job.

Back from commercial break and the next two folks saved arrrrrrrrrrre... Kristen Merlin and Josh Kaufman. While Josh was a no-brainer, I'm on the fence about Kristen based on her last performance (but, to be fair, it was easily the worst she's done on the show thus far).

Here's another "is it just me" question (I seem to be full of them tonight): does "Shak" seem to have the worst voice of the three for the Team "Shak" song?

Funny confessional but it made me think... Sisaundra SHOULD do some Tina Turner.

Time for a save, and the lucky soul is Audra McLaughlin! That makes me happy. And the 2nd save is Team Adam's... DELVIN CHOICE??? WTF? The final save is...

Watching last night's episode.

Kat (Landslide) - ok. Her low register sounds weird and I have no idea why they duetted with a second voice. Hurt the performance IMO. And she went big at the end...that doesn't fit the song at all.

Landslide is not a rock song, Blake.

Tess (Ain't it Fun [Fine?]) - she looks good. Performance is solid. Nothing special though.

As always, Adam needs to shut the frick up when it's not his turn. Props to Shakira for saying "lets get back to Tess."

What the hell was that bullshite with the phones? I FFWD'd through it but played it for a sec and it seemed awful.

I feel like NBC told the coaches to bring in advisors that are famous but unrecognizable to everybody.

Audra (You Lie) - she sounds really good.

Hobbit Josh (This Is It) - he's so good. I thought this was a down performance for him and still thought it was good.

Shakira's two favorite words are falsetto and vibrato.

So the phone thing was apparently Blake putting Adam's number on twitter? Did he really do that? Cuz Adam looks pissed fareal.

Christina (Hold On, We're Going Home) - pretty awesome. May be her best performance so far, and one of the best of the season.

Jake (Run) - I feel like he needs to step it up and bring it. Starts off a little weak. I like Jake a lot, but I feel like his time on this show may (need to) come to an end. He's such a paint-by-the-numbers singer, and that's not what it takes to win this show. His attitude is what's gotten him this far IMO.

Bria (I'm With You) - she sounds good. I put her with Hobbit Josh in that she's so good that I think this wasn't her best but she still sounded great. Only negative is that she's doing the weird pronunciation thing that I fricking loathe. I actually agree with Adam in that she wasn't connected to the song. Damn, these coaches are ripping her apart. And she's about to cry her eyes out.

Delvin (Bright Lights) - don't like the beginning of this at all. He sounds okay, but this is an AWFUL song choice and one of his weakest performances IMO.

Kristen (Let Her Go) - meh. I feel like she's missing singing points every chorus (unless I'm misremembering the original song). I think she's good, but this is just a fairly meh, run-of-the-mill, normal performance.

Sisaundra (Oh Sherry) - didn't she do a Journey song already pretty recently, or am I making that up? She was off key on that first line, but she rebounded. She sounds good at times but is oversinging the frick out of this, and that's hard to do on a fricking Journey song. She's mega talented but I just don't like her.
