Do you really believe that Stud was calling the plays when Crowton left? The playbook was pretty much identical to Crowton's last couple years to Studrawa. My personal opinion (which is shared by many) is that Miles was calling the majority of plays.

So your personal opinion is essentially when the offense sucks, it's Miles calling plays and when it's good it's the OC. You state this opinion with no facts to back this up and wonder why you get accused of being a Miles hater. Who was calling plays from 2005-2008?
Have you ever given him credit for strong offensive or defensive performances or does he only actually coach when we lose? It's amazing the man can keep a job. Hell, it seems like all responsible for allowing him to keep his job should be fired. Oh wait that's a ridiculous stretch just like predicting Rettig will transfer now because a redshirt Junior who will never see the field decides to try his hand elsewhere.

yes, he'd been an OC of some good offenses at Bowling Green, it's not far-fetched.

nobody said we needed to overhaul Crowton's playbook. there was some question as to what he called situationally, and the need for better production/ development at the QB position. that's where Krag came in.
