I normally dont start brag threads, but I just aquired tix to Allman Brothers concert @ beacon theatre in NYC. The last run ever. So yeah, Im pumped.
Question is, what is the best live cover ABB you have heard or witnessed? I expect a 14 minute Whipping Post and hopefully a 10+ version of Dreams. But curious on what covers I will see.
The Weight, Needle and Damage Done, Soulshine (kinda a cover), Can't Find My Way Home, etc. Anything would be golden.

I saw them do Franklin's Tower back in '09 at the Woodlands with Panic. Awesome show.

Can't wait for Wanee. Wish I could get to the Beacon.

Sad to see their run at the Beacon is ending. I had the pleasure of seeing them there in 2007. Great show. Great Venue.

I haven't seen a FT cover. Ill have to YouTube that. In fact, I've never seen a Dead cover at ABB show. Live anyway
Yeah, Wanee would be nice. Unfortunately, I discovered ABB long past the days of a Wanee experience. Not interested in camping out with shrooms for 3 days anymore. I know, getting old.

#3 son will be attending.
I visited the "Big House" in Macon a few weeks ago .. well done collection of ABB memorabilia, set in the house where they lived together in the early 70's.
