Soccer requires the best athletes. Those guys/gals are amazing. Most basketball players wouldn't last 10 mins on a soccer field.

Every sport has amazing athletes, but I'd be willing to bet a lot more soccer players could cross over to other sports than other sports to soccer.

No.
Soccer players need little to no upper body strength for their sport compared the major athletes in other sports. Would love to see them block on a run, or attempt to tackle a running back, or even spend an entire game keeping their arms up and shooting a basketball.

They would never have to be substituted out though, which is sorta a plus.
