Yeah I guess I should have phrases that better. I haven't been running into errors. Just wondering if there is a reason I should do a clean install at this point if I don't get errors

Hardware upgrades do not require full rebuilds windows is capable of handling it.
"If it aint broke don't fix it" might be a good phrase for your situation.
However I normally reinstall in this situation but it is usually because I like to blow the computer away at least once a year and would use it as an excuse.
