Better start that brisket on Saturday night if it's got any weight to it! I would suggest a butt for your first time out of the gates as it's way more forgiving. Brisket is a bit more sensitive to get right.

Yeah I may do a butt to start. Plus I can't find any place that carries the 22", so I will have to order and wait for delivery. Kind of sucks because I was hoping to have this thing running for the weekend.
