Buy an electric but don't plug it in to the amp so you don't hear how shitty you sound.
Find all the I-IV-V chord progressions and run through those chord combos everyday for a couple hours. Learn both Barre and open chords.
Learn minor pentatonic scale and all notes on the fretboard.
Make panties wet.
