He misses shots. A lot of shots. He sucks he really does. He is an undersized shooting guard that plays with no emotion cause he dosent want to be here. I hope we trade him. One of my least favorite players

You guys really don't know shite about basketball.

Now that there's a big enough sample size of his production this season, we are starting to see his averages across the board become consistent with his previous seasons. While his PPG is down, so are his minutes and attempts per game. I think what we are seeing is a guy who's trying to find his fit and role on the team. And his inconsistency had a lot to do with him trying to figure out where he stands with the overhauled. Roster.
I think he can get back to a consistent 20+PPG by the end of the season. If Demps and Co think he has a good shot, we're better off holding on to him for another deadline.

I don't. He's got 2 problems. His attitude (passive not pouty/heart in phoenix crap), and his handle. It seems like 30% of his moves either false start or turnover because he loses control of the ball. If he handles better he has fewer turnovers and more points, and it seems like that's something he could fix with sufficient practice. We're not talking becoming best dribbler in the league here, we're talking about not losing the ball when you start your move. Fix the dribble and the passiveness and you have a 20+ ppg scorer.

You could say the same thing about James Harden and Klay Thompson who people seem to love.

People were bitching bc they forgot there are 4 quarters in a game.

his moves
I laugh when Gordon eyes down his defender and does his jump-in-place between the legs dribble a few times before deciding what move to make. He looks like he's in an exercise class.

Could be. It's sort of a weird lineup and fit.

No doubt.

The explosiveness that once was there is no longer. His knees/ankles really do need reconstructive surgery. We know the muscle strength is there, but his bones are too eroded at this point in his career.
Here's a hypothetical: EG, tomorrow, decides to pay for reconstructive bone surgery. This gives him enough time to rehab before the start of next season. With his explosiveness renewed, he's worth the $14M contract.
However, since this is 90% unlikely to happen, he can't really do much for us except drive and force awkward layups.

29 million over the next 2 seasons and a team can have a EG.

He's the highest paid on the team. 4th most important on the court.
