I bet that Fox News would love to get Burnett as well as SE Cupp (a centrist conservative) away from CNN.
They are quite attractive. I think CNN hiring Burnett was the best move the've made in a while. It's unfortunate but I think most of CNN's viewers and management want someone more liberal.
I thought Cupp was on The Blaze and MSNBC. When did she switch to CNN?

Her hiring was in 2011, pre-Zucker. He inherited her. While her ratings were never high, they have really tanked in the past year. She just doesn't fit in at CNN.
Ratings for 7 PM time slot, Monday, Feb. 3rd:
Greta Van Susteren (Fox) - 2,473,000
Chris Matthews (MSNBC) - 1,112,000
Jane Velez-Mitchell (HLN!) - 296,000
Erin Burnett (CNN) - 269,000
Ratings for 7 PM time slot, Tuesday, Feb. 4th:
Greta Van Susteren (Fox) - 2,120,000
Chris Matthews (MSNBC) - 999,000
Jane Velez-Mitchell (HLN) - 305,000
Erin Burnett (CNN) - 271,000
