GOP Candidate running for House--in FOUR different states

The Constitution says one must be a resident of the state which s/he is representing at the time of election. But it says nothing about primaries.
So this candidate (who is originally from England and became a naturalized US citizen) is running in Georgia (where he lives) AND Michigan, Minnesota, and Hawaii. (Why Florida didn't get consideration is beyond me. It's much cheaper than Hawaii and definitely much warmer than Michigan or Minnesota.)

Great. Just what we need, some new a-hole playing linguistic gymnastics with the wording of the law instead of the intent just to get into a position of power. Anyone that would pull this sort of bullshite isn't worth my vote.

I've been curious what others have tried this (even if it isn't 4 states)? This is pretty crazy, though
