So a kids at Florida takes benefits and is back. But they can't take time to rule on one a class taken at Episcopal.
Also it's Episcopal, not home schooled R US. Without even knowing the class I can tell you it was a legit course.

Yeah, seems like there may be more to the story. I was hoping he would be eligible by now so he could at least be getting some valuable practice time.

It almost seems like its some plan because he might not be with the team next year but I don't know. Really strange

He illegally transferred to Scotlandville High for athletic reasons and the LHSAA turned their back so he could win a championship. The NCAA was so outraged they went ahead and ruled him ineligible his freshman year of college.

If I were an athlete with D1 aspirations I'd GTFO of Episcopal too

Just get on a decent AAU team. That's all they care about anyway.

Could do that too... AAU games are like watching the NBA all star game practically. Little to no defensive effort. In any case, whatever reason he isn't playing has nothing to do with going to Scotlandville I'd wager

Such bullshite, but I bet if his dad would have auctioned him off "without him knowing" hed be able to play.
The NCAA needs to take it up with the LHSAA not punish the kid. Giant frickin at grown arse people making a kid suffer for other grown arse people being terrible at their job.

How exactly did he illegally transfer?

He didn't. But some people never let go of their high school butt hurt.

Yeah going to Scotlandville REALLY helped him out, huh?...

I reread what I wrote. I don't see what is confusing.

Uh yeah. He won a state championship and signed with a major conference program. The reason he's being held up was a class at Episcopal. Don't let your HS butt hurt get in the way.

High school butthurt? LULZ. I'm 25, dude.
Anyway - Like he wasn't being recruited by LSU and other schools while at EHS? Come on, man. I went to EHS and I don't give 1/100th of a frick about EHS athletics (see the fact that I'm 25), but if you really think he would have had these issues with eligibility if he had stayed at EHS and graduated from there, then I'm not sure what to tell you.

If the hold up is from a class he took at Episcopal, then yes, he would still have those issues.
You seem to be an obstinate frick about a lot of things you're wrong on.

All I know is that EHS would have made goddamn sure that he graduated and had zero issues with eligibility after his senior year. None of us REALLY know the details of the issues at hand other than Bridgewater and Jones. The entire transferring to Scotlandville thing just seemed to muddy the whole situation, and I have a hard time believing these issues would have arisen if he'd have just stayed at EHS.
Either way, he was a strong redshirt candidate this year anyway. This is kind of a non-issue.
Link? Says the guy who thinks Alleva has control over who calls our games for ESPN

Not really. Bridgewater could be practicing.
