it ranks up there with the BCS debacle for me as well but I always watch just to see Clarence Cesar play.

The most heartbreaking, demoralizing, knife in the heart college basketball game in history

I love Dale Brown and I appreciate what he did here...but everytime I think of him, I think of this game.

Why remind us of this?
Kentucky was ranked #11 that year just like this year

maybe it is coincidence and revenge.... I just saw it and figured I could fuel some Kentucky hate for tonights game

the 1st half may have been the best half lsu basketball has ever played. i the 2nd half kentucky and their star players showed why they were ranked so high

Has to be tied with the Jamie Howard auburn interception debacle as most painful regular season loss in modern lsu sports.

400+ wins, 2 Final Fours , 2 Elite Eights , 4 SEC titles, the only SEC tourney title - and you remember him for one game

No telling what would have happened had randy livingston not hurt both of his knees.
You can see peyton manning in those randy livingston high school highlights.

I was there.
I really think they could have pulled people out of the crowd to hit about three shots for LSU in the second half and get the W.
That was the most helpless feeling I've ever had a sporting event.
If I'm not mistaken, #1 Arkansas game in a few weeks later and hit two halfcourt shots to win (one at the end of the 2nd half, one in OT - frick Alex Dillard).
Actually, that may have been 1995.

I was there with my future wife. I just now turned it on, saw a bs 4th foul called on Clarence Ceaser. No wonder UK came back. Ceaser had like 25 points before going to the bench.
