Why would I want to have to open up a pelican case to hear music?

NEWS LINKS...For those looking for a little more video perspective on drytunes capabilities here are 2 clips that recently ran in the news:
1.) WVLA NBC 33-Baton Rouge, Reporter Danielle Grossman
"Local men develop new device that plays music underwater: only one of its kind"
https://www.nbc33tv.com/news/your-stories/local-men-develop-new-dev
2.) ABC - News with a twist
"Underwater Music with New Orleans Invention – Drytunes"
https://wgno.com/2014/01/21/underwater-music-with-drytunes-2/
As for VOLUME, its very hard to show fully how good it sounds through a video, but it gets about as loud as standing next to a speaker at a concert (depending on the song) and comparable to other bluetooth portable speakers of the same size on the market.

Bama,
It will be great speaker for predator calling.
We are even developing Drytunes smart phone apps right now to do that very thing. Very excited about the range of applications!

Motorboat,
It plays music open or closed through the case. It's only waterproof when closed though.
Thanks

Can I buy the internal parts if I already own a pelican case?

It would be nice to have some kind of strapping system on it, so that you could secure it to an atv and still be able to open and close it without unstrapping it.

Do y'all have a brick and mortar store in mandeville?

Hi Pretzel,
Great idea. Right now to maintain the waterproof rating (IP-67) it needs to be closed while playing.
We've had it strapped to our ATVs with bungee nets now, but we are working on other ways to attach it too.

Hi KingRanch,
We are currently doing the pre-orders on Kickstarter, with the $100 discount.
We estimate we will be in local retailers later this Spring.
Hope we can count on your support! Email me us any questions at info@drytunes.com or you can call us at 985-893-8894
Thanks, Jonathan

Sorry it it's been asked. How long does the battery last while playing music? Also I'm assuming you charge the speakers?
Posted on 1/31/14 at 4:37 pm to The Connoisseur
Hi Connoisseur,
We have it rated as 14-16 hours, about 12 hours at max volume, and we've ran it for 22 hours at lower volume. Also you can replace the battery with another charged one if you need the time.
Hope we get your support: https://kck.st/1lzognn
