Maybe, maybe not, but he's certainly in the conversation for the tier 1 of NFL corners, and he's only 23. He's not consistent yet, which I ascribe to age, but I think he's about to enter his prime.

He's already an All Pro in 3 years in the league. Not the shitty Pro Bowl, but All Pro. I think his counterparts in the NFL are better judges of his game than you are.

He's top 5 along with Sherman, Haden, Talib, and Revis.
