Well stated sir and very true. 6.5x55 or 260 kills em just as dead in standard actions with readily available ammo. Why reinvent the wheel?

Part of me hopes that 6.5mm rounds will stay off the beaten path.
After the scare I sold most of my .308 and components in favor of 6.5 creed so that I could still practice and shoot long range during the next panic and get components to reload easier. The definition of frustrating was trying to practice shooting with a .308 1 year ago.
