Serious question ... how exactly do you get this message out to your employees? IMO, it is something they need to be warned about ... but, it will come across as political or doom/gloom.

depends on the industry. If they are already providing healthcare for their workers, and providing good benefits, it doesn't really mean that much to them outside of some administrative headaches.

I do agree obamacare is a pile of shite though.
